Terms, Conditions and fees of any and all school programs offered by AUSSIE NINJA KIDS.

Please read carefully.

  1. The minimum number of students per session is 15 students.
     
  2. The minimum number of students per day is 100 and per program is 150 students (200 for Bujin Kosa - NinjaMindSet program) for schools within 60 km of the Adelaide GPO and 200 students per program for schools located over 60 km from the Adelaide GPO. If there is less than the minimum number of students per program then the school will be required to make up the fee difference to the minimum.
     
  3. If parents of the students are to pay for the program, then the school must collect the students money prior to program commencement. It is the schools responsibility to pay AUSSIE NINJA KIDS for the booked program whether the money is to be collected from the parents or not.
     
  4. Our standard fee rate is $3.30 including GST per student per lesson for the total number of lessons prescribed for any desired program whether the student attends all lessons or not for all REGULAR programs (see below schedule); REGULAR programs being all the SHOSHINSHA programs and NINJAFIT and SAMURAIFIT programs.
    1 INSTRUCTOR up to 30 students = $3.30, if classes are doubled (over 30 and up to 60 students per lesson) or 2 instructors are required then fee is $4.40 including GST per student per lesson.
    Some of our speciality programs may have materials or extra instructor costs POA.
     
  5. Booking applications will only be accepted when submitted in writing posted to AUSSIE NINJA KIDS programs PO Box 961 Prospect East South Australia 5082, a phone booking will only be officially recognised upon receipt of a hardcopy application.
     
  6. All bookings must be made 21 days (min) in advance of the proposed commencement date.
     
  7. The booking is officially accepted only when you receive a confirmation email or fax from us confirming the date, time and program cost (along with the invoice). Acceptance is subject to instructor availability and other schools bookings.
     
  8. Any changes required to the booking details are accepted strictly at our discretion as we fit bookings around instructor availability and other school bookings.
     
  9. Any changes to booking details must be made no later than 14 days before the program commencement, in writing by fax or email, changes discussed over the phone will not be officially recognised until we receive a fax or email.
     
  10. A certificate of completion will be presented to participants at the end of selected programs.
     
  11. Other materials (DVD's, charts, manuals or learning information) may be provided for our REGULAR programs at our discretion at no extra cost, there is no guarantee that these other materials are available or will be provided within the program provided.
     
  12. Schools must provide an enclosed room with an open, sports surface or carpeted floor area eg. Gymnasium, Activity or Assembly Hall with sufficient room for students to swing their arms around and not touch the student in front, behind and to either side of them. In addition we may require a TV/Visual Display with VCR/DVD, cassette or CD player, a whiteboard and/or an overhead projector.
     
  13. AUSSIE NINJA KIDS provides sports mats and other equipment required as required.
     
  14. The individual class teacher or supervisor must be present to assist in behaviour, discipline and first aid administration during our program sessions for participants under 18 years of age. Note; all our instructors are Senior First Aid Qualified but are required to continue the session once an injured child is directed to the attending Teacher/Supervisor for First Aid. We have an unblemished record when it comes to safety of participants so please don't be alarmed by this clause, we simply need to continue to provide the program to the remaining participants without substantial delays.
     
  15. PAYMENT TERMS ARE STRICTLY PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO THE FIRST LESSON OF A PROGRAM COMMENCING. All programs are invoiced in full 14 days prior to commencement.
    Courses will not be commenced if payment is outstanding or not in full.
     
  16. Late or extra participant/s (extra to the booked/invoiced participant numbers) must be paid for at the scheduled fee in full within 14 days of course commencement or the extra participant/s will be excluded from the program until payment in full occurs.
     
  17. There is no discount for attending only part of the program.
     
  18. Payment must be made in full by cheque or direct deposit into our nominated account only.
     
  19. Refunds of paid fees are only offered if AUSSIE NINJA KIDS fails to provide the booked program or if the program is cancelled by either party prior to 14 days before the program commencement subject to and as per clause number 20.
     
  20. The application/booking once confirmed is a contractual agreement in which you contract to use AUSSIE NINJA KIDS on the scheduled dates with the proposed number of participants, you must give 14 days notice prior to commencement by fax or email if you wish to terminate the confirmed booking. If the notice of termination falls within the 14 day period prior to commencement a cancellation fee for the program booked will apply whether the invoiced program fee has been paid or not. (Cancellation fee 25% of the entire booked program fee).
     
  21. All schedule rates/fees quoted at time of submitting the online application are valid for 3 calendar months. Participants with any special needs, a debilitating injury/illness or infectious illness, this must be brought to the attention of the program provider before the program commences.
    We have a No discrimination policy and are capable of meeting most special needs.
     
  22. AUSSIE NINJA KIDS has a Student/Member Protection policy, OH&S and risk management policy. AUSSIE NINJA KIDS, associated organisations, staff, instructors, office holders and directors endeavour to provide a Duty of Care bound, safe and sound program.
     
  23. These terms and conditions hereby also indemnifies AUSSIE NINJA KIDS, associated organisations, staff, instructors, office holders and directors from and against any and all actions, suits, and demands made, brought or issued against AUSSIE NINJA KIDS, associated organisations, staff, instructors, office holders and directors.
     
  24. You also acknowledge and agree that under taking these programs places participants at risk of being injured or that they may injure another person, you also acknowledge and accept the said risk and shall not make any claim whatsoever nature against  AUSSIE NINJA KIDS, associated organisations, staff, instructors, office holders and directors  in respect of personal injury, loss or disability whether suffered by or caused by the participants or any party including and/or associated with AUSSIE NINJA KIDS, associated organisations, staff, instructors, office holders and directors  .

REGULAR PROGRAMS = NINJAFIT, SAMURAIFIT and any SHOSHINSHA programs.

2 lesson programs 2 instructor = $8.80 per participant per program
4 lesson programs 2 instructor = $17.60 per participant per program
6 lesson programs 2 instructor = $26.40 per participant per program
8 lesson programs 2 instructor = $35.20 per participant per program

Students can complete a nationally recognised 'Sport (Coach) Certificate II' qualification.  This can be used towards further nationally recognised training in the Sport and Recreation field (becoming an instructor/coach) and/or students attaining their SACE in South Australia.
